Laminate, butcher block, or solid surface countertops measured, cut, and set in kitchen and bath. Quoted together with the cabinet work to keep the scope clean and the timeline tight.
Vanity & sink replacement
New bathroom vanities, sinks, and mirrors installed. Faucets and drain hardware included. Timed to finish before cleaning starts so the bathroom hands off complete.
Fixture upgrades
Kitchen and bathroom faucets, light fixtures, outlet covers, and door hardware across the unit — consistent finish, cleaner look, all quoted by photo. No surprise add-ons at invoice time.
Paint throughout
Walls, trim, and ceilings painted fresh as part of the combined scope. New cabinets and a fresh coat of paint in the same mobilization — no second trip for the painter.
Post-renovation deep clean
Construction dust, cabinet packaging, and debris cleared after all renovation work is done. Unit deep-cleaned to move-in standard — one hand-off, not two separate jobs to schedule.
